Our Wellness Plans 'bundles' all the preventive services that help keep your pet healthy during the year into an easy monthly payment plan, helping you manage your budget and save money.
What's included in a Pet Wellness Plan?
Our Pet Wellness Plans for cats and dogs in Louisa include the essential veterinary care your pet needs to thrive.
Our Plans include annual and 6-month routine wellness exams, core vaccinations, bloodwork, and heartworm testing. They will also come with a fecal exam and a 12-month supply of flea, tick, and heartworm prevention medications.

Wellness exams are comprehensive health checkups for your cat or dog. They give your vet the opportunity to find and treat any emerging health issues and check on your pet’s diet to make sure they’re getting enough daily nutrients.
Sometimes pets can look healthy, but the early signs of disease can hide in their bodies without showing any obvious symptoms. That’s why we perform bloodwork to make sure they’re in tip-top shape.
Parasites could be deadly for an animal of any size if they are left untreated. Prevention provides the best protection, which is why we provide a 12-month supply of flea, tick, and heartworm prevention medication with every Wellness Plan.
If your pet does become infected, our fecal exams and heartworm tests are designed to find these life-threatening conditions, which are usually undetectable until your pet gets seriously ill.

Yes, you are able to pay for the whole year when you sign up for a Wellness Plan.
An additional $35 one-time membership fee is collected upon enrolment.

Do Wellness Plans renew automatically after a year?
Yes, unless you ask us to cancel your plan, it will automatically renew anually.

How do I make the monthly payments?
Your payment information (credit card) is entered into a secure portal when you register for your plan. You can select the withdrawal date between the 1st and 15th of every month based on what's best for you.

Wellness Plans for older pets include the standard core services, on top of screening for various age-related diseases and disorders.

My pet is young and healthy. Does it make sense to buy a Wellness Plan?
Implementing regular preventive veterinary care for young animals can help build a foundation for good health their whole lives. When you sign your pet up for a Wellness Plan as a puppy or kitten, puppy/kitten vaccinations are also included in your monthly fee.

Will the Wellness Plan cover all of my pet's healthcare needs?
Wellness plans cover the routine care that all cats and dogs need such as core vaccines, heartworm prevention, flea prevention, and more. You will also get a 10% discount on any other services your pet requires, excluding food and grooming (e.g. dental procedures, spaying & neutering, etc.).
